Kids really do say the funniest things--or in this case, sing. I can't help but smile as I write this...
One of the songs we sang at church yesterday morning was We Exalt Thee. Well, later in the afternoon at home, I overhear "Banana" singing to the same tune...
"We - are - salt-y! We - are - salt-y..."
I laughed and corrected her. But then I thought, there's a lot of truth in the words she was singing, too. "You are the salt of the earth..." (Matthew 5:13). So we are salty...hahaha.
